Hotseat Rotation

Use this after a Directory change — a new hire, a seat eligibility update, or a weight adjustment. It wipes all future unoverridden weeks and regenerates them from today using the current roster. Weeks with active overrides are never touched. The cron job does this automatically every Monday at 6am; only use this button if you need the change reflected immediately.
